September 11, 1966 - St. Jovite, Mont Tremblant, Canada - Peter's brother Doug Revson drives to a 14th place finish after starting 26th in the #123 Porsche 906. John Surtees won the race.
September 18, 1966 - Bridgehampton, New York - Doug Revson starts the #12 Porsche 906 Carerra 24th and finishes 12th. Dan Gurney won the race.
October 16, 1966 - Monterey, California - Doug Revson starts the #32 Porsche 906 Carerra 30th and finished 15th. Phil Hill won the race.
October 30, 1966 - Riverside, California - Peter competed against his brother Doug for the first time in a Can Am race in the Los Angeles Times Grand Prix. Peter started a McLaren M1C Ford for the Shelby/Prummond Team in the 31st spot and finished in 6th. Brother Doug Revson started the next to Peter in the 32nd spot and finished 14th. John Surtees won the event.
November 13, 1966 - Las Vegas, Nevada - Both Peter and Doug finished in the top-ten in the Stardust Grand Prix in Vegas. Peter started his McLaren Ford in 10th and finished in 4th behind his nemesis Mark Donohue in third. Doug started the Porsche 906 from the 30th spot on the grid and finished in 10th. John Surtees won the event.
September 3, 1967 - Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin - Peter qualified the #52 Lola T70 Mk.3B Chevrolet in the 8th starting spot for the Road America CanAm but a rear suspension failed on lap 3. Peter finished in the 31st position. Denny Hulme won the race.

July 23, 1967 - Denmark - Doug Revson, at age 26 lost control of his Brabham BT21 and is killed at a F3-meeting in Denmark, at the Djurslandring.
